Where can i get a copy of criminal records?

i want to get a copy of my criminal record for a job that i have apply. They want me to get a copy of my record and explain my disposition to them. i try to buy liquor when i was still a minor. Make one mistake and you’ll pay for the rest of your life. does this problem every happen to anyone? please share your experience with me
