I want to influence my own brand of justice and help society for the greater good, but I don’t want to help bad people. What types of lawyers help people by doing good in their job?
Types I’ve thought of for example are:
lawyers that go after people who scam the elderly
lawyers who go after child molesters
etc.
Is there a term for this category of lawyers?
So I currently reside in China, teaching. I need to get a hold of an apostille, state criminal record check from California, but have no idea how to do so. I know I have to get a hold of a live-scan fingerprints, but where in China could i get that. Would police stations have it? After that, what is the next step? Is it possible to do this whole process online? Please help! Thank You!
